How the visit works with the pass
With the London Pass you book a day and time for the lift to the top in advance.
Arrive at the entrance by London Bridge no later than 15 minutes after your booked time. There is a security check before the lift.
The ticket covers levels 68 and 69 and the open-air level 72, and there is no time limit at the top. Come shortly before sunset and you see the city by day and by night.
Tips for your visit
The nearest station is London Bridge (Jubilee and Northern lines, plus the railway station). The entrance is right by the station.
In cloud and rain you see little from the top. If you can, book only a few days ahead, once the forecast is clear.
The most popular times are the hour before sunset and weekend evenings. Under-18s can only go up with an adult, and children up to 3 go free.
