Merlin combo tickets London 2026: the London Eye with Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE and more
Merlin Entertainments also sells its London attractions as bundles: the London Eye together with Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE, the London Dungeon or Shrek’s Adventure, with the Big Bus if you like. For a short family visit this is often the cheapest option. Nothing is refunded, though.
The Big City Saver no longer exists. If you want the London Eye and Madame Tussauds as a bundle, today you buy a Merlin combo ticket. If you want to see more than the Merlin attractions, you are better off with The London Pass®, which also includes the London Eye and Madame Tussauds.
The bundles at a glance
The London Eye is in every bundle. The other attractions come in fixed combinations; you cannot put your own together. Two-attraction bundles cost from £49.00 for adults, larger bundles more.

How the visit works
The rules are stricter than for the sightseeing passes. Read them before you buy.
Choose your first slot when you buy
When you buy, you set the date and time for the first attraction in the bundle, usually the London Eye. The ticket comes digitally.
Book the other time slots
For the other attractions you book free of charge in Merlin’s booking portal. The Big Bus does not need a time slot.
Visit within 7 days
From your first visit you have 7 days for the rest of the bundle. You visit each attraction once.
Merlin does not refund combo tickets or transfer them to other people. Up to three date changes are free. If your travel dates are still uncertain, a Go City pass is safer: bought directly, you can return it for 90 days as long as you have not activated it.
Who a Merlin bundle pays off for
Fits if …
- you are in London with children for two or three days and mainly want to see the London Eye, SEA LIFE and Madame Tussauds
- the London Dungeon or Shrek’s Adventure are on your list. Go City has neither.
- your dates are fixed
Does not fit if …
- the Tower of London, Westminster Abbey or Windsor Castle are part of your plans. They are in none of the Merlin bundles.
- you are staying longer than a week and want to spread out your visits
- you want to keep the option of cancelling
Children under 5 are not allowed in. Up to the age of 15, children must be accompanied by someone aged 18 or over. The scary scenes can frighten younger children.
When the London Pass is cheaper
As soon as the big classics come on top of the London Eye and Madame Tussauds, the maths tips the other way.
An example for two days: London Eye, Madame Tussauds, Tower of London, Westminster Abbey, St Paul’s and The Shard. Bought separately, these six cost £206.
With the smallest Merlin bundle for the London Eye and Madame Tussauds plus single tickets for the other four, you pay about £177. The London Pass® for 2 days costs £155.00.
So here the London Pass is about £22 cheaper, and it also includes the hop-on hop-off bus, Thames boats and many more attractions.
The reverse also holds: if you only want to see the London Eye and Madame Tussauds, the Merlin bundle is the cheaper choice.
Merlin bundles from other sellers
Headout and GetYourGuide sell the five-attraction bundle with the London Eye and four other Merlin attractions. The price in the Merlin row, by contrast, is for the smallest two-attraction bundle. If you buy through a seller, its terms apply.
The same pass from different sellers, each with its own price and cancellation terms. You can only use the Go City discount code at Go City itself.
Merlin combo ticket questions
What are Merlin multi-attraction tickets?
Fixed bundles of 2, 3 or 5 Merlin Entertainments attractions in London: the London Eye, Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE, the London Dungeon and Shrek’s Adventure, with the Big Bus in some bundles. The London Eye is always included. You cannot pick freely.
Does the Big City Saver still exist?
No. Instead there are the Merlin bundles on this page. If you want to see more than the Merlin attractions, take the London Pass, which also includes the London Eye and Madame Tussauds.
How long are the combo tickets valid?
7 days from your first visit. You set the time for the first attraction when you buy and book the other time slots free of charge in Merlin’s booking portal.
Can I cancel or change a combo ticket?
You cannot cancel; the tickets are non-refundable. You can change the date up to three times free of charge. If you buy through Headout or GetYourGuide, their rules apply.
Are SEA LIFE and the London Dungeon included in the London Pass?
No. The London Dungeon, SEA LIFE and Shrek’s Adventure are not available at Go City. You get them with the Turbopass, the Headout Pass and the Merlin bundles. The London Eye and Madame Tussauds, on the other hand, are also in the London Pass.
What is the minimum age for the London Dungeon?
5 years. Up to and including age 15, only with someone aged 18 or over.
