Frequently asked questions about the London Pass®
The London Pass® and Explorer Pass can be cancelled free of charge within 30 days of purchase as long as the pass has not yet been activated. The Headout Pass also offers free cancellation. The Turbopass can only be cancelled for a fee, while the Merlin Multi Attraction Ticket cannot be cancelled but can be rebooked free of charge.
Yes, the London Eye is included in the London Pass®, Explorer Pass and Headout Pass as a regular attraction. It is available as an optional upgrade on the Turbopass. The Merlin Multi Attraction Ticket also includes the London Eye in all combination packages.
None of the London Passes include an Oyster Card or Travelcard for public transport. For the Tube and buses, we recommend a contactless payment card (Visa, Mastercard) - with this you automatically pay the cheapest daily fare.
Yes, each person can choose the best passport for them individually. The passes do not have to be identical. For example, one family member can use the London Pass® while another chooses the Explorer Pass with fewer attractions.
All passes are only activated when you visit the attraction for the first time - not when you buy them. You can therefore book in advance and only use the pass once you are in London. This way you stay flexible and don't take any risks.
