Der London Pass® und der Explorer Pass können innerhalb von 90 Tagen nach dem Kauf kostenlos storniert werden, solange der Sightseeing-Pass noch nicht aktiviert wurde. Auch der Headout Pass bietet eine kostenlose Stornierung. Beim Turbopass ist eine Stornierung nur kostenpflichtig möglich, beim Merlin Multi Attraction Ticket ist keine Stornierung, aber eine kostenlose Umbuchung möglich.
Ja, das London Eye ist im London Pass®, im Explorer Pass und im Headout Pass als reguläre Attraktion enthalten. Beim Turbopass ist es als optionales Upgrade verfügbar. Das Merlin Multi Attraction Ticket enthält das London Eye ebenfalls in allen Kombi-Paketen.
Keiner der Sightseeing-Pässe enthält eine Oyster Card oder Travelcard für den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Für die Tube und Busse empfehlen wir eine kontaktlose Zahlungskarte (Visa, Mastercard) – damit zahlst du automatisch den günstigsten Tagestarif.
Ja, jede Person kann individuell den für sie besten Sightseeing-Pass wählen. Die Sightseeing-Pässe müssen nicht identisch sein. So kann zum Beispiel ein Familienmitglied den London Pass® nutzen, während ein anderes den Explorer Pass mit weniger Attraktionen wählt.
Alle Sightseeing-Pässe werden erst beim ersten Attraktionsbesuch aktiviert – nicht beim Kauf. Du kannst also im Voraus kaufen und den Sightseeing-Pass erst vor Ort in London nutzen. So bleibst du flexibel und gehst kein Risiko ein.
